Knight Of Desire by Margaret Mallory
Medieval romance has a refreshing new voice in Margaret Mallory!
Mr. Kay possesses a unique skill of making his characters so real that they cannot be forgotten even years after you read his books. The Summer Tree still haunts my memory and my latest GGK read, Tigana was simply brilliant and breathtaking. I love all Mr. Kay's work, but The Lions Of Al-Rassan was so heartwrenching and bittersweet, I read it three times and cried each time.
Soul Sacrifice by Elisabeth Jason
A sizzling, sexy hero, a compelling, likable heroine, and a dash of Arthurian legend make Soul Sacrifice a must read!
The Sea King by Jolie Mathis
I've been hungry for a good Viking tale, and Jolie Mathis's debut novel, The Sea King more than satisfied. With an exquisite hand, Ms. Mathis pens a passionate tale of revenge, love and redemption. I will be anxiously awaiting her next book.
If I Had You, This Is All I Ask, Stardust Of Yesterday by Lynn Kurland
I love Lynn Kurland's work. Stardust is one of the best paranormals I've ever read. If I Had You and This Is All I Ask are straight historicals, but the magic of Robin of Artane and Christopher of Blackmour is unforgettable.
Forget Me Not by Marliss Melton
This is the first book I've read from Marliss Melton, but it surely won't be the last. When it comes to SEALS, Marliss knows her stuff. Romantic, moving and delightfully written, Forget Me Not is a definite keeper!
The Bride & The Prize by Julie Garwood
While I love all Julie Garwood historicals, The Bride and the Prize are my all time favorites. Sexy, alpha-males, Alec Kincaid and chivalrous Royce are the kind of heroes that stay with you long after the book is finished.
Only For A Knight by Sue-Ellen Welfonder
I have a deep love for Scotland and Sue-Ellen Welfonder brought me right to the haunting beauty of the Highlands. This book is a must read. No...all of Sue-Ellen's books are must reads if you love Scotland, and wonderfully written romances.
Lady Of Conquest, Yours Until Dawn, Once An Angel, and The Bride and the Beast by Teresa Medeiros
I absolutely love all Ms. Medeiros's work. I've read everything she's written, and impatiently wait for each next book.
The Plague Dogs by Richard Adams
What can I say about Richard Adams, brilliant writer of the classic, Watership Down? I've read his other work, including Shardik and the epic, Maia. Incredible works, all. The Plague Dogs will steal your heart, and then break it. This is not a book for the faint of heart. Keep the kleenex nearby.
